In the polluted depths of New Jersey, Melvin Fird the Third, an aspiring earth scientist, is determined to clean up Tromaville’s toxic waste problem. Working with Sarah, the town’s blind librarian, he discovers that none other than Babs Belgoody, Tromaville’s corrupt mayor, is the one behind the dumping! She and her goons get wind of his plans to expose them, and vow to stop his heroic attempts, whatever it takes.
